  • Members are eligible to purchase add-ons such as certificates with framing, badges, and other items from our store.

  • Members are eligible for shipping, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

 

3. Shipping Options

  • The Organization will provide standard shipping for all add-on items purchased by members.

  • Shipping will be handled by DHL for international deliveries and USPS or UPS for nationwide USA shipping.

 

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the items.

  • Members will be informed of the shipping costs at the time of purchase.

5. Delivery Time

  • Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days for deliveries in the USA and 10-15 business days for international deliveries.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination.

6. Tracking and Notifications

  • Members will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once their order has been shipped.

  • The Organization will provide updates on the status of the shipment if requested.

7. Returns and Exchanges

  • The Organization does not offer refunds or exchanges for add-on items once they have been shipped or processed..

  • In the event of damage or loss during shipping, members must contact the WHC within 7 days of receipt to initiate a claim.
